You may have heard the great news by now, but Jack Nelson Service Experts announced the winner of our Unfrozen Contest on April 8th and we are thrilled to say that the Hall family of Phoenix are the winners of the Disney Cruise!
Do you remember this precious “Family Affair” snowman?

When we asked what sparked this idea, Rebecca said that since there’s not much snow in Phoenix, and with four kids she doesn’t have much time, they had to get innovative.
“We tried getting a good picture,” said Bradley.
“It was a little rough,” added Rebecca. “The little one kept pulling the carrot off her sister’s back, so she got upset.”
Despite the chaos (and family fun!) that may have happened to achieve the perfect pictures, Jack Nelson Service Experts thinks the Halls did amazing and we are thrilled to send them on their Disney Cruise this summer. They also won a new heater as part of the grand prize.
