The unit had a manufacturers defect in heating that require unique repairs in January. Either we have an undersized unit or we have issues with the unit. I had no issues like this with my old system, which only the heat pump needed replacement not the whole system. We replaced the whole system in January based on Jack Nelson recommendation. We need to remedy this situation fast."

There is no reason at all why somebody from Jack Nelson couldnt have done this. I was in the hospital and told my technician at the time two weeks before my surgery that I needed it replaced because I would be coming home for recovery. The first night I got a call saying that it would be coming the next day. I waited until 7 oclock that night and did not get a phone call. The next day I went in for my surgery. Upon my return, There was no message from a technician regarding the status of the replacement part. Upon my friends arrival from Wisconsin, and 11 hour drive, she spoke to an agent and was informed that the part was still in OKC. she said shed be willing to drive the extra two hours to get the part if somebody would come on Saturday and put it in. So this is how it happened. A terrible inconvenience. I have never had such problems with Jack Nelson in the past. Weve been dealing with your company for 11 years. This is completely unacceptable and I am seriously considering changing companies. This bothers me because the customer service has always been what kept me with Jack Nelson.Now I have to reconsider, and Jack Nelson is not at the top of my list. im not telling you how to run your business, but I would think there would be a way you could make this right for me. If not, Im going to seek services elsewhere."
