"I appreciate your technician to come to my house on a Sunday after my AC unit went out. To charge me $360 for a dual capacitor is, at best, price gouging. I understand paying the $99 fee for him to come out...but the added cost for installing a ~$40 part is ridiculous. I will not be using Jack Nelson ever again, and will make sure I tell this story to anyone who is looking for a HVAC company."

"Although scott did a good job, I have been having issues for 6 weeks and reporting them in regards to the system not keeping up with chilling demands. This is your 4th trip out, and the results are lack luster. We are now in a heat wave, and I'm disappointed by an air conditioner that loses 3F during the heat of the day from setpoint. The unit had a manufacturers defect in heating that require unique repairs in January. Either we have an undersized unit or we have issues with the unit. I had no issues like this with my old system, which only the heat pump needed replacement not the whole system. We replaced the whole system in January based on Jack Nelson recommendation. We need to remedy this situation fast."

"MICAH REMOVED THE EVAPORATOR COIL COVER AND DID NOT RE-INSTALL IT CORRECTLY. I NOTICE OVER THE WEEKEND THE COVER WAS NOT ATTACHED ON TWO SIDES, THE DUCT TAPE HAD BLOWN FREE AND AIR WAS BLOWING INTO THE GARAGE. IN ADDITION TO THIS I FOUND A SCREW NOT INSTALLED ON THE INTERIOR PANEL COVERING THE CONTROL BOARD. MAKES ME WONDER IF SOMETHING ELSE IS WRONG OR WAS MISSED DOING THE WORK. THIS MAKES ME THINK THERE COULD BE OTHER ISSUES OR THINGS HE DID NOT CARE TO DO CORRECTLY. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I DO NOT THINK I WILL ALLOW HIM TO WORK ON MY EQUIPMENT AGAIN IF HE SHOWED UP. HE ALSO SAID HE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH ME ON THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT RENEWAL WHICH STILL SEEMS TO HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED. HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM MICAH OR THE OFFICE RELATING THIS."

"I think 40 minutes in swap out a simple thermostat is excessive. I think $87 is excessive for a flat fee. I heard Tech drop parts at least 3 times. When tech was out for tuneup week before, he should have had a thermostat on the truck, instead of me having to go out and buy one and call back. My neighbor had you at his house in morning, but your same Tech did not come across the street for me, but you scheduled me in the afternoon, even though I told office that I was located across the street from your other customer."

My husband found the fuses on top of the fuse boxes, in the rain and the fuse boxes open. After placing them back in the fuse boxes and closing the doors our house started to cool down. It had been raining each of those 3.5 days."

"A friend of mine had to go to Oklahoma City to pick up the router that needed to be replaced. There is no reason at all why somebody from Jack Nelson couldnt have done this. I was in the hospital and told my technician at the time two weeks before my surgery that I needed it replaced because I would be coming home for recovery. The first night I got a call saying that it would be coming the next day. I waited until 7 oclock that night and did not get a phone call. The next day I went in for my surgery. Upon my return, There was no message from a technician regarding the status of the replacement part. Upon my friends arrival from Wisconsin, and 11 hour drive, she spoke to an agent and was informed that the part was still in OKC. she said shed be willing to drive the extra two hours to get the part if somebody would come on Saturday and put it in. So this is how it happened. A terrible inconvenience. I have never had such problems with Jack Nelson in the past. Weve been dealing with your company for 11 years. This is completely unacceptable and I am seriously considering changing companies. This bothers me because the customer service has always been what kept me with Jack Nelson.Now I have to reconsider, and Jack Nelson is not at the top of my list. im not telling you how to run your business, but I would think there would be a way you could make this right for me. If not, Im going to seek services elsewhere."

"We have used Jack Nelson for our HVAC needs both for our rental (since 2007) and for our home (since 1998) and have been pleased with their services. I was unaware of their plumbing services until a free plumbing check was offered by Brian, our HVAC technician, in response to a question about the hot water heater from our renters to him. To say I was impressed with Matt's overall report to me on the system would be an understatement! I was very impressed with the manner with which he delivered a very detailed, but easy to understand, report on our entire plumbing system in the rental house. He outlined several areas that should be addressed for maintenance purposes and one area to be addressed of a safety reason. I decided the price quoted for the repairs was fair, but more important I sensed he was a professional with integrity, and not someone who was wanting to do repairs "for the sake of the company." I was impressed! Throughout the entire repair process Matt was in touch with me offering options for repair and their related costs. Matt is tops!"
