I was in the hospital and told my technician at the time two weeks before my surgery that I needed it replaced because I would be coming home for recovery. The first night I got a call saying that it would be coming the next day. I waited until 7 oclock that night and did not get a phone call. The next day I went in for my surgery. Upon my return, There was no message from a technician regarding the status of the replacement part. Upon my friends arrival from Wisconsin, and 11 hour drive, she spoke to an agent and was informed that the part was still in OKC. she said shed be willing to drive the extra two hours to get the part if somebody would come on Saturday and put it in. So this is how it happened. A terrible inconvenience. I have never had such problems with Jack Nelson in the past. Weve been dealing with your company for 11 years. This is completely unacceptable and I am seriously considering changing companies. This bothers me because the customer service has always been what kept me with Jack Nelson.Now I have to reconsider, and Jack Nelson is not at the top of my list. im not telling you how to run your business, but I would think there would be a way you could make this right for me. If not, Im going to seek services elsewhere."

To say I was impressed with Matt's overall report to me on the system would be an understatement! I was very impressed with the manner with which he delivered a very detailed, but easy to understand, report on our entire plumbing system in the rental house. He outlined several areas that should be addressed for maintenance purposes and one area to be addressed of a safety reason. I decided the price quoted for the repairs was fair, but more important I sensed he was a professional with integrity, and not someone who was wanting to do repairs "for the sake of the company." I was impressed! Throughout the entire repair process Matt was in touch with me offering options for repair and their related costs. Matt is tops!"
